In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8k818" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 8k818 online gaming platform accessible at https://8k818.app and its associated mobile applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8k818 platform.

8k818 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. 8k818 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All deposits on the 8k818 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• GCash (e-wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya (e-wallet)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank

8k818 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly not accepted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 8k818 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests on 8k818 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 8k818 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• 8k818 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus credits and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

8k818 will not be responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, bank processing times, or incorrect payment details submitted by the player.

8k818 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.
